AGRICULTURE, THE WAY TO END POVERTY
We work with rural farmers and their communities to identify agriculture opportunities that provide incomes that build and accelerate rural economies. Improved agriculture practice can lead to higher output, which increases self-sustainability.
Despite farming being very risky and complex, difficult access to markets, and intermittent disease prevailing, agriculture is the largest employing sector and is still the most significant source of people’s income and livelihood in Zambia. It is also where the most significant economic development opportunities lie; through agriculture and manufacturing.
With vast untapped natural resources in Zambia, we believe agriculture is the way to end poverty.
